After reading negative reviews from previous traveller, I hesitate to book at this hotel. I finally did the reservation here is because my friends insisted on booking after seeing the hotel's photos from the website. I would say that this boutique hotel really surprised me! First, its the friendly staff, you seldom see such warm and welcoming staff in a small hotel, the management should be very pround of themselves! Then, as you enter the lobby to the lift area, its the sensational oil scent of Lemonglass, its so relaxing! I felt that I'm in some kind of Bali resort... My room was spacious. See through bathroom was also big and very very clean, very different from the reviews which I've read earlier........... We have to be fair to the owner, what I meant to say is, you get what you paid for. I peeped through the smaller rooms and I found that the room size is really OK and bathroom size is also GOOD althrough not that luxury like deluxe room, its value for money, really. Beautiful landscape, Lovely flowers and plants really made the whole enviroment so cozy and relaxing. And no kidding, they are really using 100% Duck Feather Pillow and Duvet, some 5 stars hotels which I've stayed before don't even have that! We Simply felt really comfortable and relax during our stay.

Had an amazing Easter break in a charming boutique hotel with Balinese-inspired design. Loved the small water features and the cosy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants just a stroll away, including a 24-hour halal eatery. There was also a cinema only a few meters away. Free underground parking available, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure.
The room walls were not soundproof, so noises from adjacent rooms could be heard. only body wash liquid was provided, and no toiletries like shampoo or conditioner.

Price is very attractive and that is the main reason. Hotel is new, room is not big, and location is far from Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is conveniently located near Selayang Hospital and Station One cafe. Compared to other hotels, the cafe serves delicious food in a small place.
The service provided by some staff can be improved and communication breakdowns should be avoided.

We loved how well-maintained this hotel is, with excellent cleanliness in every corner. The hotel facilities such as the lift and private parking were a lifesaver during our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary water dispenser that helped us save money on bottled water. The breakfast served by the chef was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as we found it close to the place where we had our meeting, and we were happy to find out that this city has a mall with an LFS cinema.
Nothing all excellent.

The landscape surrounding Richbaliz Selayang is simply breathtaking. The air well design adds a unique touch to the hotel's ambiance. During my stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The effective microorganism used in the building definitely made a difference in the air quality. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious, with a see-through glass wall that could be covered with a roller blind for privacy. The staff at Richbaliz Selayang were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I was delighted to receive a complimentary rice noodle roll that was absolutely delicious. For these reasons, I had a great experience at Richbaliz Selayang and would definitely return in the future.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. the staff was friendly and always smiling which made our check-in experience fast and easy. the location was very convenient for outstation folks who have appointments or visiting patients.
The breakfast was a bit tasteless and overpriced. the toilet lacked a designated dry and wet area, which caused a mess after showering.
